What You Will Do:
- Responsible to initiate & managing acquisition process of new partner and execute improvement on acquisition funnel
- Managing curation process on partner product to fullfill government standart
- Maintaining relationships with existing partners with providing support, information & guidance to grow their business in the category
- Handling all operational issue/escalated complaints related to internal stakeholders
- Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understand consumer requirements, identify market trends, and suggest system improvements
- Responsible to liaise with other internal teams (business functions and product tech) to support business initiatives implementation
What This Role Needs:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or another relevant field
- Min. 2 year working experience in Tech Industry
- Experience in Edutech or Education industry is a plus
- Excellent time management skills and abilities to multitask and prioritize work in a dynamic environment
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a tight deadline
- Able to create campaign strategic & planning and analyze the report
- Proactive and having good problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication across the team
What This the Expected Output:
- Initiate acquisition on new Partner (educational institutions) on the category
- Improvement on system & framework for operational, finance & monitoring for the category
- Conduct marketing & promotional activities for the category to gain customer preference
